The TMH Board of Trustees has adopted a mandatory COVID-19 Vaccine Policy for all staff, visitors and our current and new residents. Thus, effective November 15, 2021 all new residents of TMH, as a condition of acceptance of their residential application will be required to provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination within two weeks of such resident’s approved move-in date unless a legal exemption is requested and approved. We accept applications on a rolling basis for all young women between the ages of 18 and 34. Reservations must be a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of two years.

Once you have been offered a room, a $275.00 non-refundable reservation fee is due within 3 business days in order to secure your reservation. We will contact you upon receipt of your application via email.
Notice:
Effective January 1, 2019, partial months room and board will be charged a Per Diem rate. The nightly rate for reservations 30 days or longer is $37.00 per night. For reservations shorter than 30 days, the nightly rate is $50.00. The Monthly room and board rate is $1125.00.
