Application to Reside at TMH

The TMH Board of Trustees has adopted a mandatory COVID-19 Vaccine Policy for all staff, visitors, and our current and new residents.  Thus, effective November 15, 2021, all new residents of TMH, as a condition of acceptance of their residential application will be required to provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination within two weeks of such resident’s approved move-in date unless a legal exemption is requested and approved. We accept applications on a rolling basis for all young women between the ages of 18 and 34. Reservations must be a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of two years.

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee or secure a reservation.

Once you have been offered a room, a $275.00 non-refundable reservation fee is due within 3 business days in order to secure your reservation.  We will contact you upon receipt of your application via email.


  • Room and Board is $1175.00 per month (pro-rated: $38.00 per night for reservations 30 days and longer). For reservations shorter than 30 days, the nightly rate is $50.00. This rate includes utilities, local telephone calls with voicemail, wireless Internet, and major meals (breakfast and dinner Monday through Friday, Saturday brunch, and Sunday brunch and dinner).
